Sliquid Naturals Sea Carrageenan Seaweed Infused Water Based Lubricant

I was very kindly sent from Sliquid the Sea Water Based Lubricant in return for an honest review. First Impressions The bottle for the naturals range is transparent, unlike the organics range. It shows the clear liquid inside. On the bottle is a blue label that fits perfectly with the sea theme. Just by taking a quick read of the bottle you instantly notice that this lubricant is made completely natural of ingredients. I hate harsh chemicals so this is a bonus, it is also not tested on animals which really appeals too me being an animal lover. This is the 125ml bottle although there is a 250ml bottle available. Despite that this is the smaller bottle, it will still last a generous length of time.

Underneath the screw lid is a seal, it reminds me of the type that can be found on Heinz Tomato Ketchup, it is easy to remove and ensures that the lubricant will not leak on its journey getting to you. Once opening i found that the lubricant had no odour at all it smelt of nothing, unlike lubricants that are packed with chemicals. The taste of the product was not awful in any way, it just tasted slightly salty. This lubricant is not flavoured, however if you end up getting some in your mouth you will not be left with an awful taste that could potentially ruin your session whilst using this product. I was very pleased with the detail that they provided, i like having a sense of reassurance of what is in the products that i am using. The fact that they have shown some health benefits the lubricant provides, also gives me a peace of mind that the product is completely safe. Ingredients The ingredients in this product are as follows: "Purified Water, Plant Cellulose (from Cotton), Carrageenan, Wakame, Nori, Cyamopsis (Guar Conditioners), Potassium Sorbate, Citric Acid" As you can see there are no parabens or glycerine there at all present in this product. These are often found in cosmetics, and even some foods as they are cheap but can also be an irritant to sensitive skin. It is neither too watery or thick in texture, i find this highly irritating as the lubricant goes everywhere and causes a mess or it just sits in blobs that can feel very unnatural. This lubricant has a very luxurious feel, and makes skin feel very smooth and soft both during and after use. After being so pleased with this lubricant on my lady parts i decided to use it anally, this was a huge mistake. Very shortly after using the lube i became very irritated and felt a burning sensation, both me and my partner experienced this. It may be due to the fact that we both have sensitive skin. If this occurs quickly wash the area and discontinue using. This may just be mine and my partners fussy bodies, however it disappoints me as i found this product so amazing during vaginal play.
