Tantus Curve Kit
First Impressions
Unlike most tantus products this kit was packaged in a clear box that showed the dildo, and harness. Hidden at the back was the bullet that is included. On the box was lots of basic information about the product, which is all that is needed as the product is so easy to set up and use.
Upon openeing i qucikly discovered that the harness was malting! The padded triangle was very soft and made up of lots of tiny fibers that just seem to get everywhere. Other than that the harness seemed pretty well constructed, and of very good quality. All of the stiching was very strong and reliable, the adjusters also felt very strong.
The dildo is quite soft and made of a matt effect silicone, whilst also looking quite metalic. Tantus always have wonderfully coloured and shaped dildos which I love. The dildo has a suction cup base as well as having a wide base, so that it fits well into the harness. This means that you are able to use it in many diffrent ways, the only limit is your imagination.
The bullet that is supplied with the kit is plain silver with the tantus logo engraved. It has only one constant vibrating speed, but you are able to use other bullets if you wish.
Material & Measurements
The dildo is made of silicone, a body safe non-toxic material. It measures at 6 inches in insertable length and 4.5 inches in circumference at its widest point. The harness is adjustable, fitting up to a 60 inch waist. The straps are easily adjustable, and can fit a wide variety of body sizes. I am a UK size 16, I have wide hips yet the harness is still able to fit much bigger body frames.
During Use
As soon as I set the harness up, and put it on I was amazed at how comfortable it was. It almost felt although I was not wearing anything. There is a triangle shaped piece of soft cushioned material behind the dildo that prevents the dildo from digging in, and becoming uncomfortable. In the triangle shaped material is a small pouch, which can accommodate the bullet. When the bullet was in place i found it dug into my pubic bone becoming very uncomfortable, no matter where i positioned it, because of this I didnt continue to use use the bullet with the harness.
When the dildo is attached to the harness the popper buttons that hold it in place often become loose so you have to re do them back up midplay, which is very annoying. The adjustable straps often becasme loose too meaning that they had to contantly be re tightened, otherwise the harness would end up around my ankles. The dildo is made from a beautifully smooth purple, seamless silicone. It is slightly flexible, so feels realistic during use. My partner doesnt usually like the curve on dildos, and often finds that it becomes uncomfortable, this was not the case with the Tantus Curve. We felt that this had somthing to do with how bendy and flexible the dido is in comparison to others. This is currently my partners favourite dildo, and is one that he goes straight for when he knows that i am up for pegging him. He is very very fussy when it comes to dildos so this is a huge bonus. I too find that the Curve is very comfortable and fits perfectly in all of the right places, it feels very natural and pleasureable when using vaginally.
Summary
I do not think that this is a fantastic product, as the harness and bullet let it down. I do however love the dildo, the dildo is avaible seperatley from Tantus Inc. If i was to purchace a strap on in the future i would probally buy the harness seperatley or use the one i own from the Lovehoney Advanced Strap On Harness Kit as it was of much better quality. Despite that i would defnatley recommed the Tantus Curve dildo.
